Consisting of a dacqouise sponge and raspberry bavarois. This class is more towards understanding techniques and the various types of creams!
RM110 per cake - 3 Hours
4 Inch Bento Cake
Fresh Cream, Mango, Vanilla Sponge and Buttercream. In this class you are free to decorate the cake however you like. Learn various techniquesof masking and piping.
RM200 per cake- 3-4 Hours
Fruit Tart & Lemon Meringue
Fruit Tart - Shortcrust pastry with vanilla pastry cream.
